As they approached their 15th anniversary, investment firm Hamilton Zanze wanted to celebrate with a refreshed image. They approached us to redesign their website, refine their positioning, and create new marketing materials. Hamilton Zanze enlisted our help to give their marketing materials and website a fresh, modern look and responsive design that would accommodate a variety of platforms and devices. We focused on key messages and themes, using both imagery and data on the website to bring the story to life. Using imagery of Hamilton Zanze properties throughout the site reinforces the tangible nature of real-estate investment, while crisp data visualization helps communicate key proof-points about Hamilton Zanze’s approach. We condensed the Hamilton Zanze story into key points to transform complex jargon into customer-friendly language.
The website is now responsive and content is easy to update.
We also rebranded investor-facing marketing assets including their quarterly newsletter, letterhead, PowerPoint template, and business cards to create a cohesive customer experience.
